She also serves as Executive Editor of Fresh Forward Magazine and Assistant Producer of The Marlene Cox Show, using media as a platform to inspire, inform, and elevate diverse voices. Beyond her professional work, Marlene is deeply committed to youth advocacy, leading mentorship and empowerment initiatives in collaboration with local and global organizations.

Valencia Courtney, MS
Valencia is the Educational Director at MAIA Models, where she leads training and development for emerging talent. She also supports partnership and licensee development for Fashion Infusion, helping expand brand reach and industry connections.
In addition to her leadership roles, Valencia is a professional model and Co-Host of The Marlene Cox Show, where she brings insight, presence, and a dynamic voice to conversations in fashion, media, and culture.

Darnell Prather, 26, was born in Silver Spring and is a former United States Air Force Airman who dedicated six years to military service fixing fighter Jets. Known for his discipline, resilience, and strong work ethic, his time in the Air Force helped shape the focused mindset he carries into every area of his life.
Alongside his military background, Darnell has worked as a model, bringing confidence and presence to creative spaces. Looking ahead, he is pursuing a future in mechanical engineering, driven by curiosity about how systems work and a desire to build and innovate.
